Growing up across New Jersey, upstate New York, and North Carolina during the integration era, I witnessed the power, and danger, of ideas. I saw misinformation divide communities and evidence-based leadership heal them. Those experiences formed the foundation of my coaching philosophy: real leadership starts with truth, clarity, and the courage to act.
Over the past three decades, I’ve held roles as CEO, COO, and founder, leading organizations through growth, transformation, and uncertainty. My technical background spans engineering, R&D, automation, robotics, climate technology, and AI innovation. I’ve built first-of-their-kind AI-based systems, from camera-guided robots to machine learning applications that solved challenges once considered unsolvable. I’ve also developed entirely new technologies and reimagined existing ones to create breakthrough results in efficiency, scalability, and impact.
But my most powerful lessons in leadership didn’t come from boardrooms or laboratories, they came from the wilderness. As a wilderness counselor for at-risk youth, I saw how a single person’s actions can shift the trajectory of another’s life. That experience deepened my belief that leadership is not just about strategy, it’s about human connection, empathy, and empowerment.
Today, I bring all of that experience into my work as a leadership coach and consultant. I help CEOs, executives, and mission-driven founders break through limitations using advanced Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, custom leadership frameworks, and proven scaling strategies. My parents escaped communist Czechoslovakia in 1950, carrying nothing but courage and a belief that truth matters. Their sacrifices taught me that freedom is worth fighting for and that integrity is non-negotiable.
